At Vintage Vault Aus, we specialise in carefully curated pre-loved, vintage and collectible luxury handbags and accessories.
Every item we sell is individually inspected, photographed and described as accurately as possible to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
Because every vintage item is unique, our Returns & Refunds Policy differs from that of businesses selling new, mass-produced products.
Change of Mind
Due to the unique nature of our curated vintage and pre-loved items, Vintage Vault Aus does not generally accept returns or provide refunds for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect choice
• Personal preference
• Finding the item elsewhere
Please choose carefully before completing your purchase.
Product Descriptions
We make every reasonable effort to accurately describe each item, including:
• Condition
• Colour
• Measurements where appropriate
• Visible wear
• Authenticity information
• Photographs showing the actual item for sale
As these are pre-loved items, minor signs of age and use should be expected unless otherwise stated.
If There Is a Problem
Customer satisfaction is important to us.
If you believe your purchase is not as described, arrives damaged, or you believe there is another genuine issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We ask that you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide:

• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs where relevant
We will carefully review the matter and work with you to reach a fair and reasonable outcome.

Purchases made through Whatnot, eBay Live or other third-party live-selling platforms remain subject to the applicable policies and buyer protections offered by those platforms, in addition to any rights available under Australian Consumer Law.
