Authenticity has always been fundamental to Vintage Vault Aus. Our trusted sourcing relationships in Japan, careful curation and commitment to provenance remain at the heart of the pieces we offer.
Introducing independent authentication doesn’t change the confidence we have in our sourcing. It simply gives our collectors another choice in how they document and build their Personal Vault.

03 — YOUR OWNERSHIP EXPERIENCE
When purchasing an eligible piece from Vintage Vault Aus, independent authentication through CheckCheck may be available as part of your Personal Vault experience.
Every CheckCheck authentication is independently reviewed by two human authenticators. When an eligible piece receives a PASS, a digital Certificate of Authenticity provides an independently verifiable record associated with that piece.
For some collectors, that documentation becomes part of the piece itself — alongside its history, provenance and story.

04 — FOR THE PIECES YOU ALREADY LOVE
Not every special piece in your collection came from Vintage Vault Aus.
Perhaps it’s a vintage piece you’ve owned for years. Something inherited. A special find discovered while travelling. A piece purchased from another collector. Or simply something you love and intend to keep.
For eligible pieces, Vintage Vault Aus can arrange independent authentication through CheckCheck, allowing you to add an independently issued Certificate of Authenticity to your Personal Vault.
There doesn’t have to be a question about authenticity. For many collectors, the certificate simply becomes part of the provenance, documentation and ownership experience.

05 — INDEPENDENT AUTHENTICATION
Vintage Vault Aus has selected CheckCheck as our independent authentication provider for eligible designer pieces.
Each CheckCheck submission is independently reviewed by two human authenticators.
CheckCheck reports an authentication accuracy rate of 99.97%. When an eligible item receives a PASS, a digital Certificate of Authenticity is issued, creating an independently verifiable authentication record for that piece.
The service complements — rather than replaces — Vintage Vault Aus’ trusted sourcing, curation and provenance processes.
Each submission is independently reviewed by two authenticators.
CheckCheck reports an authentication accuracy rate of 99.97%.
PASS results can be accompanied by an independently verifiable CheckCheck Certificate of Authenticity.
